Job Summary

Our client a top-tier international law firm seeks a sharp and passionate Intellectual Property (IP) Paralegal to join its dynamic team to be based in their Hong Kong office.

The Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a paralegal with relevant experience to immerse themselves in the fast-paced world of international intellectual property litigation and enforcement. You will play a critical support role on a diverse portfolio primarily focused on copyright and patent infringements with some exposure to trademark disputes. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive paralegal support on complex multi-jurisdictional IP litigation with a primary focus on copyright and patent cases.
Conduct in-depth legal and factual research using various online and internal resources.
Assist with all phases of the litigation lifecycle including discovery document production trial preparation and post-trial proceedings.
Draft proofread and cite-check a range of legal documents including pleadings motions and briefs.
Manage and organize large volumes of case-related documents and evidence in electronic databases.
Coordinate with clients experts and external counsel across different jurisdictions.
Assist with the preparation and filing of court documents in compliance with relevant rules.
Support the team with administrative tasks related to case management.

Who You Are:

An experienced IP Paralegal ideally from an international law firm environment.
Intellectually curious flexible and detail-oriented.
Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage.
You have a passion for IP law and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
