Your Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications with travelers ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. You will respond to inquiries via phone and email log interactions precisely and follow established procedures for complaint resolution troubleshooting and escalation. Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving will play a key role in keeping customer satisfaction levels high and processes smooth.
Requirements
- German (C1 minimum) and English (C1 minimum) fluency.
- Strong communication and customer-care skills.
- Previous experience in customer service travel or hospitality is an advantage.
- Availability for full-time work (40 hours per week) on a rotating schedule.
- Possession of EU citizenship or a valid Greek work permit.
Contract & Working Conditions
- Type: Permanent full-time.
- Working Hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day 5 days/week).
- Schedule:
- MondayFriday: 10:0018:30
- SaturdaySunday: 11:0019:30
- Salary: 1380 gross x 14 salaries per year.
- Location: Athens (on-site). Possibility to work remotely after 3 months on-site or earlier if a remote work request is submitted at least 2 weeks before the intended start date.

- Candidates must arrive in Athens 7 days before the start date to complete onboarding paperwork.
- Must work on-site for at least 3 months unless already residing in Greece with valid accommodation and a stable internet connection.

- Flight ticket not included (up to 300 reimbursement applies).
- No airport pickup or transport to accommodation.
- After the initial 3-week accommodation period no additional housing assistance is provided.
- Greece-based candidates are not eligible for relocation benefits though support may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
