Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert assistance and consultative account management to clients and partners.

Foster business environments that promote sustained account growth.

Build and maintain long-term relationships within accounts ensuring visibility into

strategies plans and competitor activity.

Research new sales opportunities within existing accounts to expand business.

Prepare commercial and technical service proposals to meet client needs.

Drive profitability by proactively managing accounts and executing against sales quotas and

targets.

Track manage and report ongoing activity related to the sales pipeline.

Respond to and resolve incoming customer or partner inquiries in a timely manner.

Engage with customers and partners to build long-term trusting relationships and qualify

leads into sales opportunities.

Requirements

Native-level fluency in French and professional proficiency in English (B2).

Solid background in B2B sales with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and the motivation to achieve sales targets.

Previous experience working with channel partners or managing accounts.

Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

Excellent organizational skills to manage sales pipelines and report ongoing activities.
