Cross Border Talents is seeking an insightful and dedicated German Speaker to fill a key Onboarding Account Manager role for a leading Google Ads project. You will focus on the German market navigating its complexities to onboard future unicorns and drive successful digital transformations in a high-tech environment.
The Opportunity: German Market Advisor
You will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of new clients responsible for setting up high-performing PPC campaigns and ensuring long-term product adoption. This role is highly strategic requiring a deep understanding of German business culture and regulatory needs.
- Role Focus: Client Onboarding PPC Campaign Strategy Upselling and Relationship Management in the German market.
- Project: Google Ads (Onboarding the next wave of advertisers).
- Location: Hybrid position in Barcelona Spain (Prime location at the World Trade Center).
- Start Date: 27 October 2025
Key Responsibilities
- Set up strategic results-driven PPC campaigns designed for immediate impact and sustainable performance.
- Proactively engage with a high volume of potential clients via outbound calls to promote services and execute upselling strategies.
- Manage complex stakeholder structures and ensure full compliance with local regulations particularly GDPR.
- Utilize CRM and AI tools to maintain data integrity and personalize outreach.
Your Expert Profile
- Languages: C2 level proficiency in German and C2 level proficiency in English (both written and spoken) are mandatory.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing with strong client-facing experience in high-stakes environments.
- German Market Expertise: Clear understanding of German cultural nuances business etiquette and the digital marketing ecosystem is essential.
- Skills: Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to work independently deliver impactful results and manage sophisticated questions about ROI.
- Education: BA/BS degree required (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
