About the Role
Join a leading international streaming platform as a Hebrew-speaking Customer Support Associate.
You will assist users via chat email and phone ensuring the best viewing experience and resolving technical or account-related issues.
Working Conditions
Schedule: 09:0022:00 Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts including bank holidays).
Mode: Fully remote (you must be based in Lithuania or Estonia).

Requirements

Native or C1/C2 Hebrew speaker

English B2 (written and spoken)
