Job Summary
About the Role
Are you a native-level Czech speaker with a passion for gaming and customer service Join our team in Varna as a Customer Support Agent Gaming Industry (Czech-speaking). Youll be helping players solving issues and enhancing gaming experiences all within a vibrant international gaming hub by the Black Sea. Please note: Candidates must hold an EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Czech-speaking players via chat email and phone.
- Handle inquiries issues and requests related to games accounts and player experience.
- Troubleshoot gameplay account or technical problems and escalate when needed.
- Document player interactions accurately in the CRM and help improve internal processes.

Stay updated on game features updates and player community feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA product operations) to drive player satisfaction.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Czech language skills and strong English (written & verbal).
- Strong customer-service mindset: empathy patience and strong communication skills.
- Interest in gaming / players mindset is a plus you understand the world of games from the user side.
- Ability to work in shifts (including evenings/weekends) as part of a 24/7 gaming environment.
- Tech-savvy with comfort using digital tools ticketing systems and CRM platforms.

Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria or already legally eligible to work there.

EU passport or valid Bulgarian work permit required.
