Key Responsibilities
As a Solutions Consultant you will:
- Be the Expert: Provide outstanding customer support via phone email and chat for a range of digital products (e.g. Play Store Google Pay Google for Families Books Movies etc.).
- Solve Non-Technical Issues: Focus on non-technical troubleshooting account inquiries billing questions product functionality guidance and general user support.
- Deliver Solutions: Analyze customer issues provide clear and comprehensive solutions and ensure a high level of first-contact resolution.
- Maintain Quality: Accurately document all customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in the CRM system.
- Collaborate: Work closely with team members and internal stakeholders to resolve complex user problems and share best practices.
- Uphold Standards: Adhere to established communication procedures guidelines and quality standards to ensure a consistently professional user experience.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Language Fluency: Fluent Czech (C2 level) both verbal and written is mandatory.
- English Proficiency: A minimum of B2 English level for internal communication training and documentation.
- Location: Willingness to work on-site in our office in Sofia Bulgaria.
- Customer Focus: A genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous approach to detail.
Good to Have:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role customer service or a contact center environment is an advantage but not a must-have. We welcome motivated candidates ready to learn!
