About the Role

As a German Travel Customer Support Advisor youll assist business travellers with their bookings changes and itineraries ensuring smooth efficient and stress-free journeys.
Youll serve as a trusted point of contact helping clients navigate travel tools policies and solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised and timely assistance for travel bookings modifications and cancellations.

  • Guide travellers through policies systems and travel options to optimise their experience.

  • Handle incoming enquiries via phone chat and email with empathy and professionalism.

  • Manage ticketing accommodation and itinerary-related requests from start to finish.

  • Identify and escalate complex or sensitive cases as needed.

  • Maintain clear efficient communication across all channels to build client confidence.

  • Use internal systems to research update and manage travel-related data.

  • Provide insights into recurring customer challenges and suggest process improvements.

Schedule

  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week

  • Working hours: Monday to Sunday between 08:00 20:00

  • Days off: 2 rotational days

Relocation Package

  • Rental allowance: 300 BGN/month (for the duration of the contract)

  • Flight reimbursement: 150 BGN

  • Real estate assistance: Support with administrative tasks to secure accommodation

Compensation and Benefits

  • Total gross monthly salary: 4000 BGN (12 months)

  • Performance bonus: Up to 300 BGN/month

  • Transportation allowance: 50 BGN/month (net in addition to base salary)

  • Welcome bonus: 1000 BGN
