About the Role

Were seeking a Technical Project Manager to join an innovative Healthtech client thats transforming how healthcare organizations manage and use data. Youll play a key role in driving data connector implementation processes collaborating closely with technical teams and implementation managers to ensure smooth delivery efficiency and scalability across multiple projects.

In this position youll help optimize Agile workflows support project tracking through tools like Jira and Smartsheet and work with senior leaders to report on progress blockers and key metrics.

What Youll Be Doing

• Oversee project workflows for data connector implementation using Jira and Smartsheet.

• Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams focused on connector development.

• Collaborate with implementation managers data engineers and analysts to deliver on-time and high-quality projects.

• Track communicate and report project progress to senior leadership.

• Contribute to improving project management methodologies SOPs and Agile practices.

• Coordinate escalations risk management and mitigation plans across technical teams.

• Define track and report project success metrics and throughput indicators.

• Support cross-functional collaboration across Engineering Product IT and Operations.

What You Bring

• 5 years of experience in Project Management within a technology or software environment.

• Proven track record working with Agile/Scrum teams.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira Smartsheet Confluence MS Office).

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

• Detail-oriented analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare data analytics or value-based care environments.

• Knowledge of AWS or Apache tools (S3 EC2 Redshift Zeppelin NiFi etc.).

• Experience improving or standardizing operational processes.

• PMP or CAPM certification.

• Experience managing remote cross-functional teams.
