Rite-HiteCustomer Service Representatives serve as the key conduit between our customers and our sales department. This position will be based out of our Charlotte NC office.
This position is responsible for coordinating order fulfillment in an assigned area. This includes:
Working with the Sales department customers and vendors in submitting orders for equipment and parts
Accurately process new orders with precise details per customer needs
Process new POs for outside vendors which includes follow up of POs and processing of vendors invoices for payment
Ensuring accurate invoicing
Ensure proper commissions are processed on orders
Coordinate all order communications with district offices pertaining to install of equipment ordered
Required Experience:
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- One year of related experience minimum. Prior experience in a field service operation helpful.
- A commitment to quality. Prior experience in an ISO-certified or similar quality program is a plus.
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
- Good communication and customer service skills are also essential
