Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Compensation: $38 $45 per hour (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Core Laboratory Supervisor to oversee daily laboratory operations ensuring high standards of quality accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in core lab disciplinesincluding chemistry hematology coagulation and urinalysisalong with proven leadership experience in a clinical laboratory setting.

• Supervise daily operations within the core laboratory ensuring accurate and timely testing across all sections.

• Oversee train and mentor laboratory staff to maintain a culture of quality safety and professional growth.

• Monitor quality control and quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with CAP CLIA and other regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with management to develop and implement laboratory policies procedures and process improvements.

• Maintain adequate inventory of reagents supplies and instrumentation to support uninterrupted workflow.

• Participate in competency assessments proficiency testing and performance evaluations for laboratory personnel.

• Assist with validation correlation and implementation of new instruments assays and methodologies.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.

• Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science Clinical Laboratory Science or related field required.

• ASCP or equivalent certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) required.

• Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience with at least 12 years in a supervisory or lead role preferred.

• Strong working knowledge of core lab instrumentation and information systems (LIS).

• Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership skills.
