Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers fostering a culture of inclusivity collaboration and continuous improvement
Drive Results: Oversee the design development and deployment of scalable streaming solutions ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards

What You Bring

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
5 years of software development experience with 2 years in a leadership or management role
Proven expertise in streaming application development (e.g. Roku Samsung TVs LG Comcast etc) video technologies (e.g. HLS DASH CDN integration Video players and event understanding) and cloud platforms (Azure)
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive high-performing team environment
Passion for innovation customer-centricity and continuous learning
