Job Summary

Heres What You Need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
  • 6 months related experience preferred
  • 6 months customer service experience preferred
  • CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation 90 Days Req

What You Will Do

  • Utilizes Real Time Location System (RTLS) to track equipment.
  • Uses system to maintain par levels on units pick up dirty equipment track usage of beds and rental equipment
  • Visualizes and tracks other rental equipment as needed
  • Makes sure equipment usage and other information is communicated to lead/supervisor.
  • Transports patient care equipment supplies and other applicable supporting items throughout the hospital.
  • Prioritizes non-patient care moves to complement patient care moves
  • Ensures service standards as defined by THD are upheld and scores well on customer satisfaction metrics such as Press Ganey HCAHPS and/or Internal Survey.
