Note: Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in public finance transactions municipal bonds or similar regulated areas.

Job Description

• Draft review and prepare legal documents including bond resolutions offering statements and closing documents
• Conduct legal research relevant to public finance and municipal securities
• Manage due diligence and closing processes including document distribution signature packages and binders
• Prepare and file UCC tax and other regulatory documents
• Communicate with clients underwriters and outside counsel to coordinate all stages of transactions
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with federal state and local laws

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Paralegal experience in public finance municipal bonds or related regulatory work
• Bachelors degree or Paralegal certificate preferred (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong document drafting research and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
• Excellent time management communication and problem-solving skills
• Confident proactive and detail-oriented approach

Compensation

$90000 $100000 per year (non-exempt) commensurate with experience. Includes generous benefits and year-end discretionary bonus potential.
