Pay and Benefits

Weekly earnings
Pay rate 5565 CPM (all miles paid)
Bonus Up to 8 CPM for safety and performance
Stop pay 15 per stop

Requirements

Must be 21 or older with valid CDL A
Minimum 6 months of verifiable TT experience
Clean MVR and PSP no major violations in 3 years
No DUI DWI in past 5 years (10 if while holding CDL)
Must pass DOT physical and drug test
Stable employment history

Trainee Program

46 week mentor training program
Minimum 120 hours from accredited CDL school required
Structured path for recent graduates to gain OTR experience
