Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Asphalt Project Manager to oversee the planning execution and completion of asphalt paving projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management asphalt operations and team leadership. This role involves coordinating contractors ensuring project timelines and budgets are met and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of asphalt projects from planning and budgeting to execution and final inspection.
- Develop and maintain project schedules ensuring on-time completion of projects.
- Coordinate with contractors subcontractors vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor project budgets track expenses and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations quality standards and environmental guidelines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance.
- Prepare reports documentation and project updates for stakeholders and senior management.
- Lead and mentor project staff assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
Requirements:
- 3 years commercial paving/asphalt experience
- VDOT experience
$90000 - $110000 a year
