What Youll Do

  • Act as the voice of the customeranticipating needs solving problems and driving a best-in-class experience.

  • Partner with internal teams to improve systems data and processes for efficiency and growth.

Who You Are

  • 38 years of experience in consulting investment banking growth equity or high-growth startup operations.

  • Proven track record of driving success in fast-paced customer-facing roles.

  • Strong analytical operational and relationship management skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and reliability; known for consistency and follow-through.

  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining strategic clarity.

  • Naturally entrepreneurial and eager to join an early-stage company with significant ownership.

  • Low-ego feedback-driven and genuinely motivated by impact and learning.
