Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week day shift assignment in Brookville OH. The Occupational Therapist will provide comprehensive therapy services aimed at improving patients ability to perform daily living and work-related tasks promoting independence and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients physical cognitive and emotional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic programs to enhance patients functional independence and quality of life.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and effective care plans.
Document assessments progress notes and discharge summaries accurately and timely.
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and at-home exercises to support recovery.
Maintain a safe and supportive therapy environment.

Qualifications:

Active Ohio Occupational Therapist License (required).
Current BLS Certification (AHA preferred).
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing rehabilitation or similar setting.
Strong interpersonal documentation and organizational skills.
