Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer Frontend (React Native)
Compensation: $210K$270K USD base (depending on experience location and equity)
Additional: Annual performance bonus equity/token options
Location: Hybrid (NYC preferred) or Remote within North America

About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (React Native) to help design and build next-generation decentralized trading interfaces. Youll take ownership of core user experiences working across design backend and product teams to create responsive performant and elegant web applications used by thousands of active traders daily.
Youll contribute to shaping the technical roadmap of a platform processing billions in on-chain trading volume while setting standards for quality usability and reliability in the DeFi space.
Key Responsibilities

Build and enhance key features for the companys decentralized trading application.

Work closely with designers to develop responsive high-performance user interfaces.

Take end-to-end ownership of user experiencesfrom concept and implementation to deployment.

Collaborate with backend and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and reliability.

Interface with blockchain technologies to create new decentralized trading experiences.

Uphold best practices for code quality maintainability and performance.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:

3 years of experience (or equivalent technical background) in frontend engineering within a top tech company or startup.

Proven track record building and maintaining production-grade web or mobile applications.

Expertise in JavaScript HTML and CSS.

Commercial experience developing applications using React Native.

Ability to build accessible responsive and high-performance interfaces.

Demonstrated ownership of impactful features or products deployed at scale.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience shipping high-quality products in finance trading or security-sensitive sectors.

Proficiency with CSS preprocessors (LESS SASS) and JS bundlers (Webpack).

Experience with additional state management libraries or modern frameworks.

Understanding of DeFi blockchain or Web3 technologies.

Familiarity with modern frontend stacks such as TypeScript or Tailwind.
