ALL IN ONE Employment Services is hiring a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative for one of South Floridas top wholesale fresh-cut flower distributors.

About the Role
As a Wholesale Flower Sales Representative youll connect with floral shops event planners supermarkets and wholesalers to promote and sell premium-quality fresh-cut flowers sourced from around the world.
Youll manage customer relationships process orders and ensure each client receives the best selection service and value all while helping your company bloom!
Responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of wholesale customers in the floral industry

Conduct outbound calls in-person visits and virtual presentations to grow accounts

Prepare quotes negotiate pricing and process orders accurately

Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries

Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge

Identify new sales opportunities within the Miami and South Florida markets
Qualifications
-
2 years of experience in wholesale flower sales floral distribution or fresh produce sales

Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills

Knowledge of flower varieties seasonality and floral market trends (preferred)

Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
-
Self-motivated goal-oriented and organized
