A well-established architecture and design firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee architectural projects from concept through completion.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys managing all aspects of project deliverydesign coordination client communication technical documentation and construction administration. Youll have the opportunity to lead diverse projects mentor design teams and make a visible impact on high-quality architectural work in the Charlotte market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple architectural projects from schematic design through construction.

• Oversee project budgets schedules deliverables and performance.

• Lead coordination with interior design site planning and engineering teams.

• Review and develop design concepts drawings and technical documentation.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants.

• Provide mentorship and direction to project leaders captains and designers.

• Ensure all work meets quality standards codes and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture required.

• 1020 years of experience managing architectural projects.

• Architectural licensure preferred (or actively pursuing).

• Proficient in Revit AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

• Strong understanding of construction documents and building codes.

• Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
