Job Summary
Join our compassionate and dedicated team as an ICU Registered Nurse in Sierra Vista this role you will provide high-quality direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Telemetry settings following hospital protocols and AACN guidelines. You will play a critical role in supporting patients and their families while collaborating with an experienced healthcare team in a fast-paced rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in the ICU and Telemetry units adhering to hospital standards and AACN guidelines
- Monitor and assess patient conditions responding promptly to changes
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- 1-2 years of ICU or Telemetry nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills critical thinking and attention to detail
