We are seeking a motivated Electro Mechanical Technician to join our fast-paced production environment. This role offers hands-on experience with electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems while providing opportunities for growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Design test and troubleshoot electrical PLC and electronic circuits for machine and equipment control.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
Install maintain and monitor electrical and electronic controls on machines and equipment using schematics blueprints or verbal instructions.
Perform basic mechanical repairs and dismantle electrical machinery to replace defective parts such as brushes armatures and other components.
Install motors transformers lighting fixtures panels breakers and conduit according to specifications.
Ensure electrical equipment operates safely and efficiently; make adjustments or replacements as needed.
Interpret blueprints sketches and verbal instructions to complete projects accurately.
Collaborate with team members and may direct work of lower-class technicians.
Perform a variety of tasks as assigned by the Group Leader.

Qualifications

Two-year Associate degree in Electrical Mechanical or related field.
2-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical mechanical hydraulic or pneumatic systems.
Proficiency in using computers to search for parts and log work in a CMMS.
Experience reading and interpreting schematics blueprints and technical drawings.
Knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods sit bend stoop and perform manual tasks.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Must pass pre-employment physical drug screen and background check.
