We are seeking a Remote Cruise Vacation Advisor to provide excellent travel support and customer service in a fully remote environment. This role offers professional growth and the opportunity to develop expertise in travel planning and client relations.
Responsibilities:
- Research destinations itineraries and package options tailored to client needs and preferences.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
- Assist with booking and managing travel arrangements including flights accommodations and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and confirmations.
- Support team processes and internal communication as needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service before during and after the travel.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated proactive and positive in approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to contribute to shared goals.
- Able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Previous experience in customer service client coordination or travel-related roles is preferred.
