Director Business Process Architecture positions offered by Jabil Inc. (St. Petersburg FL). Work across transactional and manufacturing processes to continuously improve business process architecture and build and implement continuous improvement and transformation tools and methods into Jabils Blue-Print Management System. Utilize Process Mapping and facilitation skills to bring together group of SMEs across the company to establish baseline processes. Utilize Signavio tool as process simulation with the group of SMEs to identify bottlenecks and NVA (non value added activities). Utilize process mapping to identify current state design golden standards (future state) and define transformational road map. Train and deploy business process architecture to the entire organization and report progress and status to the top executive team.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Production Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Must have 10 years of experience in each of the following:

o Facilitating complex process mapping across diverse teams; and

o Utilizing continuous improvement methods and tools for process mapping.

In lieu of a bachelors degree and 10 years of experience the employer will accept a masters or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 8 years of experience as stated or a Ph.D. or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 5 years of experience as stated.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

o Managing cross-functional and multicultural teams across sites or regions;

o Utilizing Minitab or Signavio;

o Optimizing processes to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and reduce process costs;

o Conducting process simulations to evaluate and enhance operational efficiency;

o Implementing solutions that deliver measurable results in process improvement; and

o Leading and facilitating diverse groups to achieve consensus and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Position reports to St. Petersburg FL office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy but must live within commuting distance of stated office.

Experience may be but need not be acquired concurrently.
