We are seeking a motivated German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join a global customer experience team. This fully-remote role is based in Turkey and involves providing high-quality support to customers through calls chat and email ensuring a smooth and positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in German and English across various communication channels

Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries and technical questions

Handle complaints and escalate when necessary

Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions

Ensure a high-quality support experience and customer satisfaction

Follow company procedures and performance standards
Requirements
Native or fluent German
B1 level English
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Problem-solving mindset & patience
Ability to work in a fast-paced & structured environment
Able to work late-night shifts (510 days per month)
Currently residing in Turkey & able to work remotely
Working Schedule
Summer Schedule
Winter Schedule
Late shifts required between 5 and 10 days per month
Salary & Benefits
Net Salary: 33000 TL
Night & Attendance Bonus:
Meal Card: 4500 TL (Sodexo/Pluxee)
