Position: Sales Manager (Thailand Market)

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets in Thailands agrochemical market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and penetrate new distribution channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers retailers and distribution partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customers needs to inform sales strategies.
- Provide coaching training and performance management to build a high-performing sales organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing supply chain and product development to ensure alignment and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture Business Administration or a related field.
- Over 8 years of Sales experience in Thailands Agrochemical Industry.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership or sales management role within the agrochemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of Thailands agricultural landscape including distribution channels and the agrochemical value chain.
- Established network and strong relationships with key dealers retailers and distribution partners.
- Proven ability to build lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Thai and proficient in English.
