Job Summary
We are urgently seeking motivated Polish-Speaking Digital Safety Specialists to join our international operations on-site in Sofia Bulgaria. If you are looking for a rewarding stable career abroad and are passionate about maintaining a safe online environment this opportunity is for you!
The Mission: What Youll Be Doing
Your primary responsibility is acting as a guardian of our digital community. You will meticulously evaluate process and analyze high volumes of user-submitted content across all media (text images and video) in fluent Polish. You will be the expert responsible for applying complex evolving policies to ensure platform compliance taking decisive action against material that violates trust and safety standards (ee.g. hate speech graphic content or spam). Your strong ethical standard and objective judgment are paramount.
Great news: While previous related experience is helpful it is not mandatory. We provide complete high-quality training from day one.
Essential Requirements
- Primary Language: Fluent Polish is mandatory (reading writing and speaking).
- Secondary Language: B2 English proficiency is required for training policy interpretation and team communication.
- Key Skills: Must have excellent attention to detail sound decision-making abilities and the emotional resilience to process sensitive content.
Work Schedule and Logistics
- Location: This is a full-time on-site position based at our modern office facilities in Sofia.
- Hours: You will work 8-hour rotative shifts as part of a 24/7 operation (Monday to Sunday 00:00 - 00:00 coverage).
- Time Off: You will be scheduled for two rotative days off each week.
- Resources: All necessary technical equipment and tools will be provided by the company.
