Job Summary

At Cross Border Talents we are helping our global partner in Lisbon grow a dynamic Customer Service team for Website Solutions. If you are a fluent French and English speaker ready for a new chapter in a vibrant European capital we want to hear from you!

The Role

Position: Customer Service for Website Solutions.
Mission: Providing excellent support and consultation to our clients (speaking French and English) regarding digital marketing and web design topics.
Workplace: On-Site in Lisbon Portugal.
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (COD) of 6 months.

What We Require

Language Proficiency: French (Native/C2 level) and English (B2 level) are mandatory.
Knowledge: Candidates must have experience knowledge or strong enthusiasm for digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory).
Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 22:00 rotative shifts (Weekends off).
Eligibility: EU Passport/Work Permit preferred. (We provide full guidance on the process.)
