Job Summary

Requirements:

Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
5 years of hands-on Python development experience particularly in automation.
Experience with frameworks like Flask Django FastAPI or Airflow.
Working knowledge of JavaScript/React is a plus.
Knowledge of DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines or infrastructure automation.
Strong grasp of system integration data flows and API-based architectures.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong and clear communication skills as the role involves working with English-speaking teams and clients.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery.
Background in financial services or fintech environments.

Responsibilities:

Design build and optimize automation tools using Python and modern frameworks.
Analyse business processes and develop innovative efficient solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing Python-based automation systems for performance and reliability.
Develop robust API integrations and data workflows to connect systems seamlessly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment from ideation to delivery.
Occasionally contribute to front-end development using JavaScript/React.
