Job Summary

Requirements:

8-10 years of backend development experience preferably in startups.
Proven experience building and scaling SaaS products from the ground up.
Strong hands-on expertise in the MERN stack and AWS.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to optimize and accelerate development cycles.
Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Prior product-based experience; candidates with only agency backgrounds will not be preferred.
Ability to make smart fast technical decisions and establish robust backend foundations.

Responsibilities:

Lead the backend architecture and foundational setup for a new SaaS platform.
Work hands-on to design develop and scale backend systems using the MERN stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across systems.
Implement AI-assisted development practices to enhance efficiency and maintain lean operations.
Make strategic technical decisions to ensure scalability performance and reliability.
Present and communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Drive best practices in code quality system design and deployment from day one.
