About the Opportunity
This position involves serving as the primary contact for our Dutch customer base. You will utilize your excellent communication skills across various channels (phone email and chat) to provide knowledgeable assistance regarding product features technical support troubleshooting and warranty information for devices like coffee machines vacuum cleaners and kitchen gadgets. Success in this role means ensuring every customer interaction is positive and resolution is reached efficiently.
Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and technical guidance to Dutch-speaking clients.
- Managing and resolving customer queries regarding product function repairs and documentation.
- Accurately documenting all service interactions and customer details in the internal systems.
- Collaborating with other departments when complex issues require specialist intervention.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all product lines and support procedures.
Requirements for Success
- Language Skills (Essential): Complete fluency or native proficiency in Dutch (C2) is mandatory.
- English Proficiency: A professional level of English (B2) is required for internal team communication and training.
- Aptitude: Strong verbal and written communication skills patience and a genuine customer-first attitude.
Good to Know: While prior experience in a customer service environment is valued it is not a strict requirement. We are happy to invest in full training for candidates with the right linguistic skills and mindset.
Work Schedule and Setup
- Work Location: This role is permanently based at our office in Lisbon Portugal.
- Hours of Operation: Shifts are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Portugal Time).
- Work Days: Monday through Saturday which includes local public holidays.
- Time Off: You will receive two scheduled days off each week: Sunday and one additional day that rotates during the weekdays.
- Resources: All necessary computer and telephone equipment will be supplied by the company.
