NI is now part of Emerson. NI is Emersons Test and Measurement (T&M) Business Unit. Developing hardware features based on requirement from product management FPGA and CPLD development. Technology research Products bring-up validation verification and debugging to enable successful product launch. Debugging and resolving system level issues. Work with Board level designer on circuit design schematics capture layout review simulation and signal integrity analysis
In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Developing hardware features based on requirement from product management
- FPGA and CPLD development
- Technology research Products bring-up validation verification and debugging to enable successful product launch
- Debugging and resolving system level issues
- Work with Board level designer on circuit design schematics capture layout review simulation and signal integrity analysis
You demonstrate strong initiative in challenging situations and excel at recognizing and acting on opportunities. You streamline tasks and create efficient workflows. Your communication is strong. You are passionate in continuous learning and working with analog digital & other computer technologies
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is required
- Minimum 8 years of VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog design experience for Principal Level
- Minimum 5 years of VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog design experience for Senior Level
- Passionate in continuous learning and working with analog digital & other computer technologies
- HDL IP design with FPGA
- Proficient in VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog development
- Experience in testbench development is a plus
- Test automation expertise with scripting/programming language
- Board level design experience is a plus
- Proficient in signal integrity analysis and measurement techniques
- Experience defining routing constraints for high-speed interfaces
- Experience in circuit design with CPU/SoC/Micro-controller
- Experience with engineering design tools and schematic design
- Proficiency with standard hardware lab equipment including scopes logic analyzers signal generators and power supplies.
- High speed signal simulation experience
