About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Primary Coordinator who is passionate about leading academic excellence and nurturing holistic education at the primary level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CBSE curriculum implementation and a deep appreciation for the Indian Knowledge System (IKS) integrating values culture and traditional wisdom into modern education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee academic planning curriculum implementation and teacher supervision for Grades 15.
- Integrate Indian Knowledge System (IKS) elements into lesson plans and school activities.
- Guide and mentor primary teachers to ensure effective pedagogy and student engagement.
- Collaborate with school leadership on curriculum development assessments and learning outcomes.
- Facilitate professional development sessions for teachers.
- Ensure smooth coordination between teachers parents and management for holistic student growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Education ( experience as a Primary Coordinator in a CBSE school.
- Strong understanding of CBSE academic frameworks and NEP 2020 guidelines.
- Familiarity with or interest in implementing Indian Knowledge System (IKS) concepts in curriculum and activities.
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
