We are seeking a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international service team based in this role you will support customers via phone chat and email providing professional and friendly assistance resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Provide customer support in Croatian and English
Handle inquiries via phone email and live chat
Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate information
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve cases efficiently
Native or Fluent Croatian
Good command of English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-service mindset & problem-solving ability
Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends
