Role & Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a frontline advisor for German-speaking customers in the banking sector.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone email and chat; identify needs provide accurate solutions and maintain high-quality relationships.
- Log all interactions update customer accounts and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
- Adhere to banking compliance and internal processes; collaborate with team and escalate when needed.
- Work on rotating shifts (MondaySunday full-time) in a hybrid model (combination of office days remote days).
Requirements

Native-level or near-native German (C2) and strong English (minimum B2).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills customer-centric attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Tech-savvy comfortable working with CRM systems and banking tools.
- Ability to multitask prioritise work and deliver under service-level expectations.
- Willingness to work a hybrid model in Athens (office remote days) and flexible for shift schedule.
- IMPORTANT: We can only consider applicants who are EU citizens or individuals holding a valid EU work permit for Greece.
