What Youll Do

Deliver exceptional customer support in Italian across exciting projects (e-commerce travel tech lifestyle and more).

Handle inquiries via phone email or chat with professionalism empathy and care.

Understand client needs and offer smart effective solutions.

Create a positive experience for every customer every time.
What You Bring

Fluency in Italian (C1) written and spoken.

Good English skills (B1) for internal communication.

A natural communicator with strong problem-solving abilities.

Motivation to relocate to Greece for a new adventure or already based there.

EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit.
