Role & Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Italian-speaking community by responding empathetically accurately and promptly to inquiries.
- Stay knowledgeable about products community standards and support processes.
- Make well-balanced decisions and act as an effective advocate for community members.
- Investigate and resolve user-requests including account issues and content-moderation concerns.
- Use data and market-specific insights to spot trends propose improvements and contribute to next-level support experiences.
- Enforce platform Terms of Use by monitoring and escalating content outside policy.
- Collaborate with your team adapt to changing workflows and maintain high service standards.
Requirements

Italian at C1 level (native or equivalent).

Good level of English (minimum B2).

Willingness to relocate to Athens or already based in Greece.

Previous customer-support or moderation experience is an advantage.
- Strong computer literacy and comfortable using multiple software applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
- Problem-solving mindset adaptability and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- We can only consider candidates who are EU citizens or hold a valid EU work permit for Greece.
