About the Role
As a French Customer Support Representative youll assist French-speaking customers via phone email and chat helping them solve inquiries providing clear information and ensuring an excellent customer journey.
Youll be trained to represent global clients from industries such as tech travel e-commerce and digital services.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer support in French across multiple communication channels
Handle product order or technical inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex cases
Document customer interactions accurately
Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and collaboration
Requirements

French: Native or C2 level (mandatory)

English: B2 level (for internal communication)

EU citizenship or valid residence permit for Greece

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
