Summary:
The International Recruitment Programme Support Officer will support London ADASS with the coordination and delivery of the regional international recruitment programme. This includes helping displaced migrant social care workers whose sponsor employers have lost their licence. The post holder will act as a first point of contact monitor and process notifications liaise with Councils and subregional partners support data collection and provide general programme and administrative support to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor notifications of sponsorship licence suspensions/revocations and carry out initial checks.
- Inform relevant Councils and subregional partnerships of affected workers.
- Support data collection tracking and analysis for reporting to stakeholders including DHSC.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with subregional partnerships senior officers partner organisations and external agencies.
- Provide clerical and organisational assistance to the London ADASS team.
Requirements:
- Proven administrative or programme support experience within a professional environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deal with sensitive or confidential information with discretion and compassion.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders including senior staff or external partners.
- Good IT skills including data handling and use of standard office software (e.g. Outlook Excel Word).
