Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor for Norwegian-speaking business clients regarding cloud products and solutions

Provide technical and solution-oriented support via phone email and virtual meetings

Guide customers through onboarding adoption and optimization of cloud technologies
-
Understand client needs and recommend suitable features upgrades and configurations
-
Troubleshoot technical inquiries and collaborate with internal support teams when needed
-
Maintain accurate customer documentation and records within CRM systems
-
Stay up-to-date with cloud product updates features and industry best practices
-
Support customer retention and satisfaction through proactive follow-ups
Requirements
-
Native or fluent Norwegian (C1)
-
Fluent English (B2)
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Interest in cloud technology and digital transformation tools
-
Ability to assist and educate users with technical solutions
-
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
-
Team-oriented proactive and eager to learn
-
Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is a plus (not required)
