Key Responsibilities

Provide consultative support to Dutch-speaking business clients

Assist with onboarding configuration and product activation

Educate customers on cloud tools features and best practices

Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal technical teams as needed

Understand business needs and recommend suitable solutions or upgrades

Maintain detailed CRM records and customer documentation

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adoption

Stay informed on product updates and industry trends
Requirements
-
Native/fluent Dutch (C1)
-
Fluent English (B2)
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in technology and cloud solutions
-
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply
-
Previous customer-facing or support experience is a plus (not mandatory)
