We are seeking five experienced and enthusiastic Baristas to join our team in Nicosia. The ideal candidates will have a passion for coffee excellent customer service skills and a proven track record in the café industry. If youre dedicated energetic and ready to serve great coffee we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages to high standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Up-sell products and handle cash register operations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Greek
• Minimum of 1 year of barista experience in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
• Friendly attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings.
