In the roleofPower Operations (Renewables) - Engineering Co-op Student you will assist the engineering team in operating a world-class fleet of renewable power production an excellent job for people who have an interest in renewable energy and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Placement Details:

This is a 12 or 16-month co-op placement starting in May 2026 located in Calgary Alberta.

What you will do:

• Assist with various tasks and projects within the Power Operations - Electrical Engineering team related to renewable (wind and solar) generating facilities.
• Conduct assignments relating to quality control and analysis of data.
• Perform monthly work tasks including review and analysis of inspection data.
• Assist with development and trouble-shooting of various software and programming applications.
• Lead small projects and initiatives with the guidance and assistance of the team.

Who you are:

• You are currently enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program studyingElectrical Engineering Computer Engineering Software Engineering or Computer Scienceand will be returning to full time school immediately following the work term.
• Effective and professional communication both verbal and written with ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Effective time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Solid computer skills and experience using MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
• Ability to actively and consistently represent Enbridges core values (Safety Integrity Respect Inclusion).
• Strong programming skills particularly in MATLAB Python and VBA would be a strong asset

Working Conditions:

• Office-based role located in Calgary Alberta.
• Relocation assistance is not provided.
