We are looking for an experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to assist the Front Office Manager in leading a team and providing great service and memorable experience to our guests.

Responsibilities
- The hotel front desk supervisor will assist the Front Office Manager with maintaining standards of guest service quality and keeps staff informed of new policies and procedures
- Accommodate all guest requests in an accurate and efficient manner
- Handles guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests and resolves guest challenges to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- Accurately conduct all cash handling and credit card processing activities
- Accurately audit balance and report on all cash and credit transactions including checks deposits house charges promotional materials postings the hotel in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned
Desirable Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Supervisoror similar role
- Experience with hotel reservations systems like Galaxy Lightspeedor Opera
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
