Location: Beachwood Ohio
Hours: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Days: Monday - Friday
Full Time/Benefit Eligibility
In this role you will:
Prepare and sort patient requisitions and identify and interpret data to be entered into the information system.
Research available websites for missing patient insurance information and contact referring physicians office for missing patient demographics or insurance information.
Adherence to CAP CLIA State Regulations HIPAA Safety and OSHA Regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of clerical procedures.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
Knowledge of English grammar spelling and punctuation.
Skill in using computer programs and applications.
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
