Lead implementation of HCP non-personal digital marketing strategies in the US market for a set of IO indications
Lead implementation ofinnovativeHCP digitalmarketing strategies and programs in the USmarket
Support the creation ofHCPcampaign strategies with a focus on opportunities thatenable us to orchestrate our campaigns acrosschannels and functions
Manage creative projectsand workflowwith agencyand media agencyof record
Lead implementation of HCP non-personal digital marketingstrategiesin the US market
Managedigital media activations with our media agency ensuring best-in-class media planperformanceand execution
Contribute to a team culture built on the foundation of trust opencommunicationand fun
Collaborate with legal regulatory and compliance stakeholders to ensure development and execution of compliant marketing initiatives
Collaborate with the IO brand team and various other teams like Market Access Sales Medical Regulatory and Legal to improve coordination and drive business progress.
Effectively manage marketing budget for areas ofresponsibility
Collaborate to provide a comprehensive perspective on media data establishing clear benchmarks for detailed investment evaluation.
Assistin the identification evaluation and adoption of new partnerships and technologies
Apply standard methodologies from within the global commercial organization and always encourage learning from industry and outside industry standards
Support broader NPP & Consumer team with a adaptable team-first attitude

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required
3 years of total commercial healthcare or healthcare related experience required
US pharma digital marketing experience required
Oncology product marketing experience preferred
Product launch experience preferred
Outstanding project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors marketing partners agency partners and budgets
Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities to meet deadlines
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions pharma industry guidelines and other compliance-related issues
Ability to assess risks and benefits to make timely sound decisions with various levels of information and accept responsibility for meeting and/ or exceeding objectives
Experience working closely with field sales organizations to implement sales or marketing programs with measurable business impact
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $151081-$226622. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and addition our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity and eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program. Benefits offered include a qualified retirement program 401(k) plan; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and health benefits including medical prescription drug dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired employee will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
