We are looking for a KofaxDeveloper to join a digital document processing and archivingteam within a major international financial group. You will support and evolvea high-volume digital document workflow platform used across France processingmore than 6 million documents peryear from multiple input channels.

This role will focus particularly on the ADOC applicationsupporting ingestion OCR/RAD-LAD classification archiving workflows andtriggering back-office events.

About the Role

You will monitor application health supportend-users manage incidents enhance existing workflows and collaborate withbusiness and IT stakeholders in an Agile team.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the health and performance of DigitalPublishing EDM and workflow applications

Ensure ADOC application stability duringupgrades (software & infrastructure)

Analyse and resolve production incidents /provide 2nd-line support

Process user support requests and communicateresolution progress

Work with OPS/IT teams on incident escalationand change requests

Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenanceon ADOC workflows

Develop enhancements and Kofax platformsto meet business needs

Model structured documents to optimize RAD/LADrecognition rates

Analyse RAD/LAD statistics and recommendimprovements

Manage and report software bugs to Kofax

Deliver daily reporting on document workflowvolumes and performance

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
