What will you be doing

Contribute to real estate investment sourcing acquisition and asset management for the MSREI opportunistic and core funds

Involved in sourcing new investment opportunities

Help create and analyse financial models

Develop investment committee presentations

Run the due diligence and transaction execution

Assist in the strategic asset management and reporting of the investments

What were looking for:

Hiring for a senior Analyst or junior Associate role

Experience in a real estate organization real estate private equity fund or real estate division of an investment bank

Should have experience in having been involved in acquisitions

Strong analytical and technical skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Superior attention to detail

Enthusiastic self-motivated and a team player

Ability to handle multiple assignments at once and meet critical deadlines
