We are looking for a
Senior Program Manager Workforce Planning
to drive our enterprise-wide Workforce Planning initiative.
To align with KONEs Rise to Lead strategy and enable itssuccess we have recently launched the People & Communications(P&C) Direction . One of the key priorities under thisdirection is to build the right people capabilities and skills tosupport business growth and profitability.
This role is a great opportunity for you to utilize yourexperience and to drive one of the key strategic initiatives.
This role reports to the Senior Vice President People &Communication Global Functions & OrganizationalEffectiveness.
The preferred location of the position is Espoo Finland or oneof KONE main Frontline offices.
Responsibilities and key activities:
Holistic program mgmt. for KONE-wide Workforce Planninginitiative targeted at building a seamless integrated capabilityand working practice to match demand & supply of talent forbetter business decision-making
Gathering internal and external insights of what good looks likeand being able to define what good looks like in 2030 with theteam
Specifying agreeing and leading a few internal pilots to gatherinsights and learn delivering best practices and identifying gapsfor the next phases of the program
Concepting Workforce Planning journey for KONE includingdependencies roles KPIs and other relevant leavers
Building a clear program structure with phasing sub-projectdefinitions resourcing governance etc. and holistically runningthe program by ensuring the agreed deliverables 2026-2030
Actively communicating with business stakeholders FinancePeople & Communications and other relevant parties to co-createjoined understanding and commitment
Collaborating through the existing operational organization tocreate a sustainable and scalable model for workforce planning atKONE.
Required skills and competences:
Demonstrated track record of program management in a globalmulti-country environment
Unit HR or relevant experience of understanding different HRexpertise areas and people domains including talent acquisitionlearning & development and succession planning
Ability to create change stories in fluent English and beingable to communicate with engaged and simple messaging
Holistic understanding of corporate processes of sales &ops. planning sales supply chain finance and HR
Analytical and strategic thinking to interpret data and to buildscenarios based on the data
Courage to think beyond what is with multiple AI options in thefuture
Proficiency in workforce analytics and technologies includingAI driven solutions
Curiosity and a growth mindset to navigate the KONElandscape
Business acumen to be able to align workforce planning withbusiness goals
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to enableimpact.
